• Celerant acknowledges that failure to follow such laws will affect its reputation adversely
• Celerant has a zero tolerance policy in respect of the giving or accepting of bribes
• Celerant’s anti-bribery policy is board driven and senior executive implemented
• Celerant trains its employees to be vigilant and to report any suspected instances of bribery
• Celerant communicates its anti-bribery position to third party stakeholders it deals with
• Celerant investigates all such reports promptly and thoroughly
• Celerant will take strict action against individuals who contravene this obligation
• Celerant will refer matters to the relevant authorities where appropriate
